SEGA have officially announced, Sonic Colors Ultimate. The game will be heading to the Nintendo Switch, Xbox and PlayStation, September 7th.
Sonic Colors originally released back in 2010, November 10th on the Nintendo Wii and DS. Both games offered different gameplay too, making it a viable reason to purchase both copies for the respective console.
In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Sonic SEGA will be holding a special stream on the 27th of May 2021, 5pm BST.
The event will focus on upcoming projects, partnerships, and events to celebrate Sonic’s 30th anniversary.

RGG Studio have announced a remastered Judgement and is coming to the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S and Stadia on April 23rd.
Sega Sammy (the company formed after the merger of Sega and Sammy in 2004) has asked 650 employees to “voluntarily retire”, along with slashing the salaries of top executives.
Part of a structural reform, the company is adapting to COVID-19 and are looking for cost-reduction on fixed expenses.
Furthermore, the company’s Representative Director’s monthly salary will be cut by 30%, with the Senior Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President also getting 20% and 10% monthly cuts respectively. These changes will be in effect from November 2020 to March 2021.
Sega Sammy expects a 10 billion yen loss in the fiscal year ending March 2021.
