Another trailer coming out of the Tokyo Game Show 2020. This time provided by Square Enix.
Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the SaGa series, this game coming to the Nintendo Switch will collect the first three games!
There’ll also be some quality of life enhancements, like adjustable screen magnification, high-speed mode and customisable game screen background. You’ll also be able to play the game vertically after removing the Joy-Cons.
Sega released a new trailer for Puyo Puyo x Tetris 2 during the Tokyo Game Show 2020 Online. The game will be releasing on the 8th of December on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
Atlus will be hosting a pre-launch live stream for Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster on October 26 at 20:00 JST. Further details about the stream are to follow, but you’ll be able to watch it on YouTube and Twitter.
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster is slated for a worldwide release in spring 2021.
The long awaited autumn update is arriving on the 30th of September and with it some spoopy new features! 🎃
Halloween is around the corner, so now’s the perfect time to start preparing. Nook’s Cranny will start selling candy, for just 120 Bells, for you to share on Halloween.
And you can actually grow pumpkins now! These can be used as building materials for DIY recipes. I think stems for these will be for sale at Nook’s as well (the new leafy thing for 280 bells in the previous image).
The spoopy Halloween festival starts on the 31st of October from 5pm and will last till midnight. And Jack will be making his glorious return!
The Nookling app will be getting an update as well, so you’ll be able to use Reactions from your phone. This was demonstrated with a new Reaction called Haunt.
Final bit of information is that the next update is planned for late November, with an image of Franklin and Jingle, hinting at the Harvest Festival and Toy Day. So lots to look forward to!
Nintendo also sent out a tweet that users who download the autumn update will also receive a Ring Con item from Ring Fit Adventure.
After the leak it was apparent this game would be launching soon. And it did! Following a shadow drop last night the game is now available for everyone to download and play. So, let’s take a look at what’s in store for us.
Apart from playing solo you’ll be able to connect locally with up to three friends on one console or across multiple consoles using local wireless or online play. Or challenge yourself in the Buddy Fighters Tower!
Like previous games Kirby can copy unique abilities. And there’s a new addition to that list: Wrestler, which let’s you slam opponents. Show them who owns the arena!
Playing earns you Fighter Points, which can be used to unlock new Copy Abilities, new stages to fight on, special item cards for use in the Buddy Fighters Tower or even alternative costumes.
And if your Nintendo Switch console has a save file for Super Kirby Clash or Kirby Star Allies on it, you can unlock unique alternative costumes to use in Kirby Fighters 2.
On the Play Nintendo website there’s a new listing for Kirby Fighters 2, which hasn’t been announced yet. The game will be heading to the Nintendo Switch and will cost $19.99, so expect similar prices in other Western currencies.
