Nintendo Expects Supply Issues to Affect Switch Sales

10% Drop expected.

Nintendo is expecting to sell about 20 million Switch units this fiscal year, 10% less than the pervious fiscal year. A shortage of semiconductors and supply chain disruptions are cited as contributing factors.

To combat this fall in hardware sales Nintendo is planning to sell more software titles. And with games like Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, Bayonetta 3, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Splatoon 3 and Xenoblade Chronicles 3 on their way this year is pretty packed.
