Masayuki Uemura Has Passed Away

Lead architect on the NES and SNES.

At the age of 78 years Masayuki Uemura passed away on the 6th of December. He was the leading architect behind the hardware and software of the NES and SNES, and therefore played a major part in shaping the current Nintendo.
