Burn it all down.
Nintendo’s legal battles with RomUniverse seems to have come to an end. After winning an court case in 2019, that awarded it $2,1 million dollars, Nintendo filed for a permanent injunction against RomUniverse’s owner Matthew Storman, fearing he could make a return.
The judge has agreed to this and ordered the following:
“Defendant shall permanently destroy all unauthorized Nintendo games or other unauthorized copies of Nintendo’s intellectual property including movies, books, and music no later than August 17, 2021.”
