So, this will be a new small feature thing where I look at Nintendo merchandise and analyse it. I think I’ll be doing this monthly. So, let’s start!

The Item in Question

What is it?

This is a “Kirby of the Stars Whispy Woods Piggy Bank”, produced by Eikoh, which saw a limited released in Japan in April of 2020. The figure is about 20cm tall and sees Kirby sitting on top of Whispy Woods. It has a round base which allows it to wobble gently on a flat surface.

Is it Square?
